KSU Football

This past weekend, we got to go to the K-State Football game vs. UCLA. It was a lot of fun! Grant's parents came to the game as well and stayed in Manhattan for the weekend, so we got to hang out with them as well as Holly and Bryan. We also got to see Grant's brother, Blake. He and his girlfriend came to KC with us Saturday night through Monday, too. It was quite a packed weekend.

Linda and Greg got to meet Aya and see Leah and Eric before the game. They loved baby Aya, and she was sweet as ever. Baby H enjoyed her first KSU athletic event as well! :)

The bathroom remodel has gotten a bit bigger. Our handyman, Jim, needed to get into the floor of our landing on the 2nd floor, so we agreed to have him remove it so he could level it. It was totally NOT level at all. So he neatly tore out the wood floor (seriously - no dust and the old boards disappeared - so awesome!). Unfortunately there are some electrical issues underneath the floor that are requiring us to contact an electrician. The bathroom, our flooring, and our electrical will all be better when this L-O-N-G project is finished. My only disappointment with the project is that I can't put the baby's room together! My "nesting" phase has been put on hold, I guess.
