Welcome to the Helmers

July 15, 2009 we got our house!


We have neighbor kids. They go to the Hope Center (the older ones) which is cool because Grant volunteers there. There are 6 kids next door. We are going to need help knowing how to interact with neighbor kids! For now, we know Tae Tae the best. He is four and has speech that Grant (and I) can't really understand. He's in the picture holding bubble wrap. It is kind of funny to ask him to repeat like 3 times. They also have a small dog, Cody.

For now, we are getting the floor replaced on the first floor, so we won't be moving until another week or so. We are excited to have a home. We will update and introduce the blog soon.
